I live in the beautiful state of Colorado with my puppy and chickens, and enjoy all the outdoor adventures here! I have been working as an occupational therapist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of adults and adolescents with sensory processing disorder (SPD) since 2020.

I earned my doctorate in occupational therapy from Northern Arizona University and am currently licensed to practice in the states of Colorado, Massachusetts, and New York. I became a registered yoga teacher in 2023 to deepen my skill set as a regulation based practitioner. It is my priority to provide neurodiversity-affirming care, and to remain a proud LGBTQIA+ supporter.
